Ugo's knitwear collection is the collaboration from an establish International Fashion Design creative team and the finest manufacturer and resources of Tibetan Cashmere and Chinese Silk knits.

The garments are made with the finest materials and workmanship. The quality of our mill's product is formidable, producing only for the top fashion high quality brands. It is capable of producing sweaters, knits and home furnishing in cashmere, silk, cotton, and producing its own yarn. Most of the equipment is imported form Italy.

Ugo Luxury specializes in custom made items offering seasonal collections of apparel knitwear for ladies, men, children, accessories, home furnishings, doggy apparel, fine fabrics and tweeds.

Our product is custom made for each client; by choosing a style, color and size from our unique assortment, you will receive a custom made garment within 30 days of your order's processing date. Additional custom measurements may be added at "Special Instruction" during checkout (i.e: specify longer or shorter sleeve length, or any other measurement which can be altered for your unique order).

The cashmere raw material we use comes strictly from the Tibet region. Although slightly higher in cost from cashmere from other regions, its quality is more dense and hand-feel softer; but because of our internal structure the cost remains competitive with the current world market. Our silks and cottons come from the finest resources and we are able to recreate any yarn blend combination.

Ugo Luxury also specializes in assortments of unique designer collections offering seasonal fine designs of Jewelry, Accessories and elegant unique Vintage pieces.

Delivery:

We custom make our goods for you and ship our product domestically (flat rate US$7.99) and internationally (additional cost may apply). In order to be most efficient we process our orders on "Process dates": the 1st and 16th of every months. You will receive your order 30 days after the "Process date" following your order. Return and Cancellation Policy:

If you do not like the quality, design, colors, sizes of the product you can return it for a refund of 50% of the original amount of the product since it was custom made for you. To ensure you get your credit, please keep the merchandise "brand new", enclose your packing slip, the hangtag, bag, box or any original packaging and note the reason for return. Your account will be credited or you will receive a credit to your card for the amount when it arrives, the shipping charges are non refundable. If the product, apart from its original defects, gets stained or has some other problems, you cannot get refunded. Order cancellation and exchange: You may cancel or exchange any order as long as the order status is "in process" to be produced.
