We custom make our goods for you and ship our product domestically (flat rate US$7.99) and internationally (additional cost may apply). In order to be most efficient we process our orders on "Process dates": the 1st and 16th of every months. You will receive your order 30 days after the "Process date" following your order. Return and Cancellation Policy:
If you do not like the quality, designs, colors, sizes of the product you can return it for a refund of 50% of the original amount of the product since it was custom made for you. To ensure you get your credit, please keep the merchandise "brand new", enclose your packing slip, the hangtag, bag, box or any original packaging and note the reason for return. Your account will be credited or you will receive a credit to your card for the amount when it arrives, the shipping charges are non refundable. If the product, apart from its original defects, gets stained or has some other problems, you cannot get refunded. Order cancellation and exchange: You may cancel or exchange any order as long as the order status is "in process" to be produced.
